Synopsis
Tech whiz Danny Kew, effectively orphaned at 16, has worked ever since for crime boss Mrs Utz. But two years on, Danny wants a normal life: uni, friends, a girlfriend – he’s just met fashion student Lian.
But Mrs Utz will only let him leave if he does one last thing: raise a million dollars.
Danny conceives an ATM scam. Despite some heart-stopping hitches it goes to plan – but then the proceeds go missing.
The prime suspect, Danny is abducted by ageing enforcer “Soda” McConachie for interrogation in an abandoned warehouse.
Then Soda has a freak accident. Danny, tied up, must apply his ingenuity to the real world to escape – before Mrs Utz arrives in person to finish the job.
